Install the prinscreen program in your computer. The small windows printscreen software will be run in the background hidden.
Anytime you want to print the content of the display to the printer, just press the key combination Windows + Printscreen.

Normally, to printscreen to the printer, the steps are:

1. Press the Printscreen key on the keyboard to capture the screen as an image to the clipboard
2. Run Windows Paint software
3. Paste the captured image into Windows Paint by pressing Ctrl + V
4. Select File -> Print
5. In the Print dialog, press OK
